Terms of Service

Faith-Stack MDM / JF Android Tablet Device Management Portal

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using this MDM portal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

This portal provides a web-based interface for managing Android devices using Google’s Android Management API. Administrators can enroll devices, assign policies, manage apps, and perform remote actions (e.g. lock, wipe) in accordance with Google’s Android Enterprise and API terms.

3. Administrator Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful enterprise device management.
  • Obtain any required consent from device users before enrolling devices and applying policies.
  • Not use lock, wipe, or factory reset as a penalty for non-payment or for purposes unrelated to device management.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized persons.
  • Comply with Google’s Android Enterprise and Android Management API terms and policies.

4. Consent and Transparency

By enrolling devices, you acknowledge that you are granting this MDM the ability to wipe data, apply location-related policies (when enabled), and manage apps on those devices. End users will see Android’s standard managed-device notification. You are responsible for informing your users of your organization’s device management practices.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for surveillance as the sole purpose, or in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights. The service is intended for enterprise management (e.g. policy enforcement, app deployment, security), not for building spyware or tools that only track users without management features.

6. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these Terms or the service from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal or from actions taken on managed devices (including lock or wipe) when initiated by you or your administrators.

8. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact your organization’s MDM administrator or the operator of this portal (FaithStack.Dev / JF ADC).
